duck capes

Hmmm been having a tough time finding CDC feathers for flytying....PG, WL,100 mile nada..anyone have a couple boraxed or salted duck capes ? Or pulled off the cdc feathers?
May have to contact Alberta waterfowl hunters?

What do you mean by "CDC" feathers? Could you use pheasant feathers? If so what part of the bird would you need?
