anyone here ever lift a dakota?

I have a 2006 Dodge Dakota that i am using as my hunting rig, I would like to raise it to make it a little higher. the Dodge Dakota is horrible for clearance off the factory line, I would like to find out if anyone here has ever done something like this and what your truck was like afterwards?

For my 2004 the only thing you could do was a torsion crank with an add a lief in the back. That, or a body lift.

Because of the rack and pinion steering all the big manufacturers have not made an actual lift for the dakota since the 2003 model came out.
