can we please have a sticky with all petitions in regards to allocation please?


Also can someone explain in which cases the 10% rule applies for referendums? and would this qualify?

this is similar to raw logs, or heavy oil, its our resource and shouldn't be handed over to foreign interests .

I'm sure we could get 10% of the voting public with the right message.
