Here is a low light pic of a big muley I saw this morning. Always nice to see what made it through the fall. Looking forward to keeping my eye on this buck and see what he grows into in 2015.

He's a nice one alright. I'm sure you'll be keeping an eye out for his sheds in a few month's time.

Wicked buck, he's obviously got good genes...looks like more than a 4 pt on the one side or is that something else??

Cool pic, Steve. The snow on his antlers is pretty neat. Was he bedded prior to the picture? Ears pinned back as he moved away makes me think he wasn't too interested in hanging around for a photo shoot.

He was covering ground fast. Didn't care to stick around for a good photo shoot. He is pretty darn nocturnal. I have only been able to see him a few times in daylight, and always right at first light.

Wow, Dana - very nice! I love the deep tines.

Whereabouts are you seeing it? (in generality of course).

Cheers,
BR

Nice buck! The nocturnal factor on muleys is brutal! Getting some game cams out really opened my eyes to what's out there walking around at night!

That velvet shot shows his rack well. Is that a 170 buck?

Its such a treasure to having spots like that where you can let them go and see them again the following year!!! The rewards of the " catch n release" of hunting game animals is an imence feeling of satisfaction few get to enjoy.Thx for sharing yours, it brings back memories of my ol spots and critters I used to watch too- often never ever shooting but instead just letting them walk, happy with tag soup and a smile!!
