One of my Buddies raises Free Range Chickens for me and a few of the other Ladz, and this year I latched onto 20 of them. Marvelous Eating, but as a consequence, when it came to planning Christmas Dinner, The Missuz noted that she was now Birded Out and so wanted something a tad different.

A brief discussion, and we settled on a non-traditional Seafood Fondue.
Bit of a last minute Scramble putting it all together, but Man-O-Man was it Ever YUMMY! http://www.sportfishingbc.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.png

Tuna, Halibut, Scallops & Prawns with a host of various Veggies & Dips!

Simply AWESOME!!

Looks good, but I don't think there will be left overs to eat for a week!! We will be cooking our bird in a few days, because we went to a friends place for the Christmas day meal.

Only "Leftovers" were a few small chunks of the veggies, which the Hounds quite merrily made short work of.

Besides - Who wants week old seafood??

Had seafood too. I'm Scandinavian and the season's traditional meal is lutefisk. I'd have swapped you any day. Those who know, know what I'm talking about. Looks pretty tasty....
