my friend wants to know if you move to the Yukon from BC do you still have to take a HEED course even if you have your CORE?

any small game (rabbits , grouse etc) and I think waterfowl with a non resident license has no guide requirement.

there is no fees for HEED in Yukon they are offering too the PAL course and exam ...
