Logan lake, or???

Hey guys was thinking of going on Friday maybe up to Logan lake, our maybe Helmer areas to see if I could get just one more deer, maybe a white tail... Any thoughts about those areas recently?

I was up in the Tunkwa Lake area for four nights (Nov 21- Nov 23). The area we covered was by the lake and north to Savona.
We did not see a WT but they are around. One nice 3 point was brought into the resort on our last day.

How was the snow up there? Should I bring the snowshoes with me?

Was up Helmer with my son on Sunday. Snow was manageable with about 8" down but it was very crusted (was -30 in the morning) which made for
tough noisy walking.
While we didn't see any WT's we did see several moose and mulie does.

Was up Savona area this past weekend. not to much snow in most of the areas. There was one spot it was about 2 feet deep but that was up past all the other tire tracks.. It was easy in the snowshoes to get aroud though, say one nice white tail my friend missed him a little high though and we never got another shot.
