texada island

is texada worth the trip over, i have a couple tags that need filling and have heard good and bad things about texada island. the bad being size, the good being ease of hunt. wat do you think, worth it?

I've been pondering the same for a couple years. We have a 30' aluminum boat that I wanted to take over so we have the cabin, head, heater etc..

there are plenty of Texada threads from years past that are worth reading. Texada is a fun excursion. There are plenty of deer but it is still a challenging hunt with archery equipment-especially the first trip.
