Cow elk draw for 8-12a

Was fortunate enough to get a cow elk draw for the region 8-12a following remembrance day. Has anyone seen elk in the 8-12 region coming into the fields yet? The zone seems to be restricted to the valley floor along the rivers. May have to get some permissions from some private property owners... any zones you would suggest?

Jeez Dude. A member since Sept.2011 and your first post is an inquiry on filling your cow elk LEH. You choose the area without any prior knowledge?

I deserve it. A long time lurker. I know the area well and have taken dozens of deer from the zone but have always hunted elk in the Kootenays. I've seen elk in the region, but never in the zone restricted to hunt. We've got a line on a few fields, but just wanting to throw it out there for any ideas.
