So it looks like I am committed to a fly in next year, either out of dease or tatogga. Probably looking to go in light with a Cessna and hope to come out heavy with a beaver, staying within or just slightly over flight minimums. Myself and one other. This will be my first fly in. Thinking the 24th of sept or so.
There is a good sized list of lakes we are looking at, the big hope is to have the lake to ourselves for the 7 days of the trip. We are not looking to target sheep, grizz etc. Caribou would be great and we might consider moving the trip to the middle of sept to make this more worth while.
Any advice what so ever would be great. Tactics, gear, areas to avoid, logistics, things you would do differently next time. PM would be super. I realize these threads have been done before but most of them are getting out dated now.
