A fellow that I met the other evening told me that he has whitetail deer in his yard and garden.
Apparently the deer moved into the area a few years ago .......

Wouldn't surprise me, we're seeing them in many places in Region 5 where they haven't typically or previously been known to habitat.

Doesn't surprise me. Have seen them in Bella Coola/Atnarko Valley, so there's no reason they wouldn't eventually show up in Anahim. How they got to Bella Coola is beyond me!?

whitetail all over the southern region 5, 50% whitetail where I hunt. Soon to be the dominate deer in the area imo. Open a whitey doe season!!!!

How about along the chilcotin corridor in areas 5-13 and 14. Have never seen any there but haven't been there in several years now
