Waterfowl hunting in nanaimo and vacinty.

Hi everyone I am looking for field to hunt for waterfowl goose/duck for me and my 1 year old lab who is learning the trade. I have been hunting a farmland in namaimo but the lease came up and now we have different farmers who do not want hunters on there property which is understandable. So long story short anyone out there help me out with this problem?
