REGION 8 -10 Cougar

5099Had my trail cam set up in a small grass covered meadow hoping to get some pictures of WT deer,to my surprise this cat came thru. It looks like a young one (just a guess)as I have no experience with cougars.

No shortage of cats in the Central OK these days.....pics like these are becoming more and more frequent. When you get them on camera it is a good reminder they are in the area.

Cool..I've only gotten one pic of a couger so far on my T cam..

Yep! The predators aren't far behind the deer. I ended up with a trailcam video of a cougar sniffing the exact spot that a doe was laying the day prior. Pretty cool critters those cats.
