Fraser River near Lilloett Oct/Nov?

What's in the river just south of Lilloett end of October/beginning of November? Headed that way and need something to keep me busy while in camp. What's the best method from shore?

Just got back from a walk with the mutts to the Fraser where the Coq. joins it.
Chatted with a lad who was chum fishing with lures, had a few bites. He saw the Natives take in a number of chum from their nets very close to there. Suggested he should get a boat and row out to the nets. He said "that's not as much fun as catching them" to which I replied "they all taste the same on the BBQ."
