Region five whitetails?

I am planning to go mule deer hunting in the Churn Creek area in November. Is there any point in having a Whitetail tag in my pocket? I'm not sure if there are any whitetails in that area. Your advice will be appreciated.

Hmm Black creek...and Mcleese lake and a bunch north of wildwood...nothing from churn thst I know about..
