Is there any way to make zippers quiet?
Zippers on my blind are very loud and I have to keep the zipper open to take a shot.
Preferably I would like to close all zippers and just keep the mesh part open and then open the zipper to shoot when I have to.
Any ideas?

Plasti dip coating. Figure a way to hang the zipper and dip it in then let dry.

Leave them open. One window for every direction you're going to potentially shoot.
If you're cold, use a heater and blanket.

Some blinds offer 'shoot through mesh' even for archery but, personally, I've never done it.

This video is about velcro, but it can be applied to zippers as well.

I shoot through window screens on a regular basis:) No bullet deflection at all.

That Velcro bit is genius. Definitely using that

Paraffin Wax works good on zippers.

Lol, you can use that in a tactical situation when the enemy is already dead.

To preserve and protect zippers on surfboard bags we use liquid dish soap, it dries on the zipper and helps keep them alive from the salt water, and as a by-product of this, I noticed it also quiets them down a little bit.
A soft wax (surfboard wax) I think will do a little better, it's still not dead silent, but is quieter than nothing applied

Why not try a little graphite to the zipper, might work, not sure, or try a little oil that one uses for fishing reels, also not sure just throwing it out there.

Try zipper wax.... seriously it is a thing, i use it on my drysuit for scuba. Bees wax would probably work too

I just run a bar of [unscented] soap up and down the zipper...... both open and closed. The zipper will be much quieter.

Spray them with "jig a lube" or some silicon based lubricant that will last a while

Add some tie strings , and use a Silent Knot

Another vote for wax. We used to rub candles on our zippers in the army.

I keep zippers lubricated by rubbing a carpenters pencil up and down them, works great

Spray on lubricant is what I have found works best. But I'm only talking clothing, not a tent. Buy a tree stand....
