Tagged out first day!!

Planned a 12 day hunt for our 4 man shared moose hunt.
Left home early on the morning of the 27th set up camp and got settled in.
morning of the 28th hike in to a nice meadow and start calling, 20 min later I hear boom, pause boom. Then a call on the radio my buddy has a bull down.

spend a few more hours calling and nothing so I head back to camp and help with the quartering and hair pickin.

5:00 the remaining three of us head out for the evening hunt. My buddy and I walk in to a small lake and dad goes a little further into his favourite spot, I just sit down and start calling and hear boom, boom. WTf!! Dad had a bull come out of the timber wanting to kick his ass!
Raking antlers, and grunting.

Now that we are tagged out, we just spend the next five days fishing, enjoying our camp, looking for bears or deer and just generally enjoying being in the bush.

I have a photibucket scountvi use now.
