Hi all,

We are planning a trip to 3-20 this november as we have an antlerness draw there. I have been researching where to go in but looking for a central spot to set up our wall tent.

Any info re good camp spots would be awsome.

Many thanks.

Nice spot at 16 km on Monte Lake fsr (private main) , flat with lots of room (others may be there as well) Access from Salmon Lake road . Other choice could be Pratt lake but there will be more snow up there ... Lots of flat spots on old landings if you choose to be more isolated .

i think private main is washed out and not repaired
the last time i was in there july 2014 at about 5 k
there is a sign on your left just after the first bridge

Glimpse Lake will afford you guys the nicest digs with great deer hunting nearby. Otherwise you'll be camped in a landing in the middle of some old clearcut. Lame! Not saying I've never camped in some boring spots to hunt, but if you are going to want to kick it with the boys (and maybe gals too), I'd go for the Forest Rec Site. Waaaay nicer.

By November the lowlands will hold a lot of deer and will have potential for some great bucks too.
