Where to pay Non Res Royalty fees ?

Could someone please forward me the link on where i can find how to pay Royalty Fees as a Non resident? I have looked through the Government site but nothing stands out on where i can send my fees ?

Springer, we have gov agent offices here in BC that can probably take the payment. Check the location of these offices off the bc govt.ca website.
