Muley hunting 2014

Have any of you guys hunted around and by the black creek road out by horsefly, or around tisdall lake? Looking for a nice buck

Was just there for 4 days and only saw 1 doe and 1 fawn the entire time. There is little to no deer sign there as well. Others had been there for a week or more and hadn't seen a single buck. Might be just too warm still but I'm thinking there are limited bucks around that area.
