Need help in general area merrit/boston bar

Hey guys just curious on some general areas to check out in the merrit/boston bar area. I want to bring my son over for three days from the island and look for some mule deer and whitetail.ill be spending my next two weeks in camp looking on google earth we willbe there from the 14-18. I know the merrit area so so been there a few times. Any cheap hotels etc in the area. Thanks in advance

If your staying in town a good place to try is east over by Nicola lake. The area around Peterhope hold some good animals and of late with all the cutting, lots of blocks to glass.

Douglas lake holds tons of whitetails and mule deer, go on google earth and know which roads and privite or crown tho
