I knew his dad growing up in pg thoughts and prayers to the Seymour family through this I sure hope he recovers fully.

Thoughts are with this family. Muzzle control, muzzle control, muzzle control!! I preach this with all the hunters I go hunting with. I have a 17yr old son myself, and he practices and preaches muzzle control as well! I have stopped hunting with people because of their poor gun handling skills! Moosin

x2! That's one of the reasons a former very good friend and I don't see each other anymore.....he just
can't seem to handle firearms safely around people when there's birds or game around despite many
people imploring him to practice muzzle control.

Couldnt have said it better,,,NEVER NEVER chamber a round until you are shooting at game, even when alone I never carry with a loaded chamber,,,never know what your going to trip over,,,shit happens, and when it does its nice to know your firearm is safe.

I work with a fellow who worked with Trents father Barry Seymour.A tragedy.Hopefully the kid is tough and makes a full recovery.
