you and another few hundred hunters im sure..lol Back when the game was actually plentiful in the pink mnt area that was the go to spot ...word got out and guess what...Anyways if your planning on going up along the Alaska hyw between ft st john and FT nelson my advice to you would be to gear up and take any of the seimic lines that head west from the hyway once past Sikenny chief .you will need quads.get back into that country but a bull moose/elk could step out anywhere any time.Right now is prime as we always shot our bulls juring the first good frost between sept 18th and 25th..good luck ps most of the racks on my avatar came from that area

Be prepared for lots of vehicle traffic in the area: hunters, logging and oil and gas. The area is changing almost daily, there is new roads and exploration going on all over that area. Be careful as the traffic is 24/7 on the highway and backroads.

Good luck

Lots of activity up there as far as oil and gas wells go. Camps and traffic everywhere.
