This brings up something that I want to ask about. Where we usually hunt I don't see any Rabbits but this year in the Okanagan it looks like there are a few nice jacks around. nice size as well. Are they good to eat?
I think I am ready for rabbit stew.

this is the first and only one I have ever seen. Ive seen jack rabbits in alberta, and lots of cotton tails in the LML, but first hare. It sat there under a tree, and at first we thought it was an oddly shaped rock.. until it turned its head. We were in 8-5. tastes ok. Im sure it would have been better if he had done it before!
