Youth License Question

My 12 year old son holds a youth license based on my hunter number details. The question that I have is that both my wife and I have our own hunting licenses and my son hunts with each of us. Can my son also use the tags of my wife's license? If not, can he continue to piggy back my license but hunt with my wife? Any help would be appreciated.

He can hunt with you and use your tags or hunt with your wife and use hers. He cannot hunt with your wife and use your tags when you aren't present. The liability waiver you signed says you take responsibility for him when he's hunting - whether with you or with someone else.

He could in theory shoot one deer and cut your tag then shoot a second deer and cut your wife's tag even though the regional bag limit may only be 1 deer.
