Hunting ducks near Kamloops?

Do anyone know if you can hunt the marsh on the south side of Kamloops lake across from the wildlife refuge on the north side of the lake called Tranquille Ecological Reserve. Looks like it could be in the city limits but if its okay to hunt it looks like a great place to decoy them over water from the boat blind.
Any information would be great

It is posted in the regs for exactly where you cant hunt in that area. Pretty sure that is duck sanctuary and not huntable.

Ya pretty sure not huntable as in the city limits, there's plenty of areas to hunt elsewhere around the loops, lots of jump shooting opportunities and small lakes and ponds that are easy to decoy, as for fields gotta know someone
