Great video! Thanks for posting buck! It took me a few years, but properly deboned meat sure makes for easier cookin! Learnt a few tips from this vid, thanks again!

I use vinegar. I don't carry it on a sheep hunt but I keep it at camp.

Some good info for sure.

A person might want to take trimming right to the butchering stage. Separate all muscle groups and trip every ounce of silver skin and gristle. No point in packing weight that will end up I'm the scrap heap.
Nothing left but pure, red meat.

I would love to do that but I don't think you can and keep it legal. Great video though. One of the best for gutless method and deboning
