7-18 Goats and Sheep

I'm tagging along with a friend that has a griz draw for this area, wondering if anyone can give me some pointers about goats and sheep in here. Never been in there before, I hear the sheep are tough to find in the 'valley of the little bighorn'. Any help would be appreciated.

up the herrick...... look at all the mountainsoff the road and there is heddrick lake , 9km hike in to lake surrunded by mountains, outfitters work out of both areas

Sheep are rare. Head up past kakwa for that but tough to find. Goats are there but its a crap kicker of a hunt to get up to them. The devils club and blowdown in that country take a lot of physical and mental endurance just to get to the base of a very steep mountain. An "easy" sheep hunt before hand is a good start to get you in shape before you attempt it. Fun area though. The grizz will be up where the goats are so maybe you can do a double header?

Thanks for the info guys, slightly discouraging but I'm still gonna give it a go, it's all about seeing new country right. I've heard the griz are thick in there, I should probably be taking my 300wm over my 257 bee eh?
