Very nice! Those are really cool critters! I was pretty lucky and got to see quite a few when I was working there in 2011 - they are worth goin after! Great looking deer there too!

I wouldn't compare it to anything. It's a category all on it's own. It's naturally spiced....if that makes sense. They taste just like the sage prairie they live on.
