Squab is delicious, just find a farmer that will let you hunt the land they have, should fnd some

Not sure where you are but if your near go to the graineries on the waterfront those birds never leave there and are 100% grain fed. I had a buddy who used to trap them there for dog training and I have eaten more than a few MMMMMMMMMMMMM with a cherry whiskey glaze on the BBQ
