Question on the region 2 coastal campfire ban (squamish river valley is where I'll be)

I have a small propane stove I can use that is csa approved.

Friend wants to bring portable bbq csa approved and 15000 BTU uses the 1lb propane tanks. Would this fall within the allowed devices
