Anybody buy the SD card from Back Roads Map Book for their GPS? I'm wondering specifically about for a Garmin Nuvi 200 series. I love it for the main roads, but I'm thinking of buying the SD from them for back roads....with a $150 price tag I'd like some experienced advice for sure though!! Thanks

I bought the ad card for my Garmin etrex 30. Have not had an issue yet. I think it always well worth the money

I wonder if it's as good with the Nuvi? Nuvi seems like just a highway and town GPS, but the web site says the card works in it....I guess there's only one way to know for sure

I have garmin topo map 4 loaded on a nuvi 205 and 6xx (can't remember exact model)

It works fine in both as long as I remember to turn off the city map

I bought the SD card for my 60Csx. It is great.

I have it from 2010 and updates are no longer available for free. Lots of roads are deactivated/gated etc that I see as open and useable. I have a hard time getting a ton of functionality out of it on my tiny Oregon 450 screen. Maybe I'm just talking myself into an updated version and new unit :)

I have it on my 62s. The only thing I find a pain is having to zoom in quite close to see roads. But then again it is still new to me.

I have backroad map on my garmin oregon and I'm very happy with it. The screen is a bit small for it, but that's not the fault of the program. I usually pack the actual map road book along so that I can relate the small picture on the gps to the larger area. I also bought the garmin bird's eye map for the oregon, but that was a complete waste of $30, as you could hardly see it, and garmin's help with it was useless.

I have used backroad map on my 60cx, it is great. You can use Basecamp (http://www8.garmin.com/learningcenter/training/basecamp/)from Garmin to work with the tracks and stuff.
