Crying Girl Prarie

Just wondering if anyones been into the crying girl recently , How are the fires are they working them or letting them burn, was thinking of heading in that way in late sept and dont want to waste my time if it is still smoldering

They are using Modified Response on these fires, just letting them burn.

Should be out by the time you want to come up there....but who knows with the weather. Very smokey back there righ now.

I found that crying girl was more of a late season spot than an earlier season spot...you have experience there? I obviously didn't hit the right parts there, where is the prarie? I found the trail, the waterfall at the end, the waterfall with the fossils, but never seemed to run into the prarie.

No never did find the prarie and have only been in there years ago, have a freind who hunts up past the falls

does he use horses then? From what I was told its mostly private property or MKMA so no atvs

not sure what they used i thought it was atvs if its MVCA that might be why they changed areas
