thinking of going up there . hunted there two years ago no luck then . what do you guy's think???

Better to go else where too fricking busy with oil patch

was up there last year very busy with oil patch and lots of other hunters as some sections are very over grown so lots of road traffic not a lot of cuts where we were so its a sit and call type hunt. seen a couple bulls no shooters and came home skunked. long drive fuel cost is ridiculous if you can get farm access the elk are a good bet with a cow season and 3pt bull but we were concentrating on a moose so never ventured out to look for farm permission. no draws again this year and not sure if the budget will allow another long trip like that to get skunked again.

thanks for the replies. travisC that's about what we found when we where up there. maybe a guy should go farther north above pink mountain..
