Just wondering if anyone has a 8x10 tent that has installed a small stove in it?

I have an 8x10 with 4' walls, not sure if it's too small to install a stove and still fit 2 people.

Any pictures would be great.

I've done it, it works, for two guys quite well. the stove I used was big, so if you had more of a proper fitting stove you could probably fit three guys. I don't have any pics.

yes I have a stove that will fit in my 8x10' I have not tested it yet but hopefully soon, I plan on using it for my early nov bison hunt. It is a compact princess auto model that I have modified to run off wood or propane. The idea is to run it on wood until bedtime and then switch to propane.

I used a 15,000 btu propane bbq element and regulator, I found materials at homedepot to make an appropriate stove jack that will hopefully not burn my tent down. I doubt this setup will make the tent toasty warm on propane mode only, but I don't really plan on camping out much in temps much below -5c anyways.

8 x 10 ? you could heat that with a couple of candles. That P/A stove is a good size for your app , try bbq briqs for a long burn.

Do the briquettes work for over night?
Keep the stove burning?

I have an 8x10 with a wood stove. It just fits 2 cots and a small table. Great size for myself on solo trips. Have slept 3 in it by not using cots.

This is the only pic I could find. Bought this 15 years ago for $50 with the stove. Still using it.
