Most Everyone was wondering when the LEH where going to come out on line now I want to know when a person will receive them in the mail LOL..

I got a temporary authorization for my goat draw because it starts on Aug 1st in the mail yesterday, the letter that accompanied it says the rest will be mailed later on. Would imagine the delay is due to the region 5 BS.

I heard the Indians are blockading the mail trucks that are leaving Victoria with the LEH envelopes.

I'd imagine they are going through by alphabet and mailing in chunks, indoor last name far back on the alphabet?
