Wapiti Lake

My brother has a goat tag for the area south of Wapiti River near Tumbler Ridge. We are thinking about heading in there to scope out the area and making a fishing trip out of it. The trial in along the wapiti river looks like it passes a few lakes (Barber Lake, Duke Lake, Lost Moraine Lake, Fellers Lake) then ends at Wapiti Lake. Has anyone fished this river or any of these lakes? If so can you let me know what to expect for species, abundance size?
