Stove Jack for Tarp Wall Tent Roof?

Anyone know where I could find a stove jack that I could mount to a tarp in the Lower Mainland?

Piece of tin siliconed to the tarp. Just cant fold the tin.

welding blankets work really good, should be able to get some from acklands or a welding supply shop.
