Stupid question... Streams closed until June 30.. Can I fish today?

I have the day off and I live beside a stream with brooks in it. If it says closed until June 30, is it open today or tomorrow? Why can't they just follow the same clear way as the hunting regs.

Just tell me when it's open.

I moved pretty close to where Belgo Creek meets Mission Creek last November. I have been waiting and waiting... I can fish from the stream to my kitchen in minutes.
