my apologies if this has been posted before.
I was just looking through the F+W website and found this. Thought it might be of some interest to members of this site.

Just open up a 6-point hunt now instead of creating a huge bureaucratic process to delay ...

Elk are an invasive species in the Cariboo-Chilcotin that are competing with the native mule deer. Why the need for a royal commission to justify a hunt?

Time for MFLNRO to lighten up and quit pushing their anti-use agenda.

Thanks for this Boxhitch. The entire thread was great reading. There are obviously varied opinions from HBC members on this issue.

Much of the thread above could be considered as valuable input that speaks to this topic. Whether HBC members agree with the proposed management direction or not, we are being given the opportunity to express our views directly to the people who will be setting the policy/regulations/management direction on this matter.

The world is run by those who show up. If we don't make our views known when given the opportunity, then we will have no influence on the issue at hand.
