vortex diamond back spotting

time for a new spotting scope and right now all I can afford is the diamond back mostly looking for reviews and trying to figure out if I should get the 20-60x60 or the 20-60x80 both angled I was wondering if its good for long range glassing 1000-1300 yards and if you can count tines or points from a far distance I mostly do backpacking hunts so idk if theres a big weight difference between both scopes

Does 20mm make any difference I know 80x lets in more light and its 1lb heavier but does it really make a big deal .....I want a spotting scope that will be able to count points and tell the curl of a ram at least 1000 yards if thats possible..... the 15-45x60 viper is about same price as the diamond back and I was wondering if that would do the job
