2013 Harrison bear

After reading what my son (Taylor329) had written about the chocolate bear we got on the May long, I got inspired to post a picture of my bear from 2013.
Was out for a ride and didn't really expect to see anything, spotted this guy down the hill and couldnt pass it up. Had a tough time just lifting his head up. Proof that big bears still do live near Harrison Lake, a true 7 footer!

Thats a a great bear. Seen lots of smaller bears around Harrison last week but a 7 footer!! wow. Awesome job

The bear is still at the taxidermist right now, will post pictures when the mount is done. Ill try and dig up the measurements, the guys at the taxidermist shop were pretty confident that it would make the book.
