Never had bear pepperoni,in everyone's honest opinion,how does it compare to deer or moose pepperoni?

Last two I had were fantastic. My guess is it all depends on who makes it for you.

Wentrot and I just finished doing a batch in the back yard with our Bradley smokers. We used a hi mountain kit and it turned out fantastic!

I would certainly recommend doing it yourself if you have the stuff to do so available. We only wanted to bring about 17 lbs into the butcher but could not because that amount was not worth his time.
Worked out for the best in the end
