Decent Bear?

I will be the first to admit, I do not know a lot about the bears. This guy has been hanging around in our wood lot and making occasional appearances in the front pasture. The pictures aren't that great, and I don't know if you can tell much from them, but it seemed a decent size.

If you want a rug, don't shoot him if you want some sausage then giver. I would guess 4 years old maybe a 5 footer
