Lower Mainland Game Cutters and Bear?

A friend and I are heading out tomorrow for a black bear hunt and I'm wondering what your recommendations for game cutters I can take the meat to get some nice sausage and hams done?

I've heard there are some that don't take bear... is this true?

I've not heard of too many that won't take bears, but your best advised to call the ones that you think you'll be using and ask them.
