Good meat cutter in kamloops

Was just wondering if anyone knows of a good butcher in kamloops,,,,,I cut and wrap all my meat myself usually,,,,,playing with idea of gettin someone else to do my first black bear of the year,,,,,,,,I want sausage and pepperoni made,,,,,I have whitetail meat saved to mix with the bear,,,,and what the average pricing for this kind of cuttin and wrapping??

K&R custom meats, just this side of barrier. They do good work and make all kinds of sausage etc

There really is only 2 in kamloops, and then the barrier shop as mentioned. They all produce good stuff. Spring is good, its much less hectic for the butchers.
