Within the past 5 years Rogers on 1st Ave did bear smokies and did a good job of them. I haven't taken a bear there ( they only wanted the meat , not the whole bear) in 3 or 4 years.

There is a new shop on Stave lake rd,up by that Miracle valley place,who will do it up any way you want it.I forget the name.It's right next to the Ekset gravel pit entrance.
