Mourning doves and band tailed pigeons

Was just wondering if anyone else hunts dove or band tailed pigeons(not rock dove,,,or known as ur every day pigeon) they starting to show up here in the hundreds,,,,can't wait to hunt em again this year,,,,such a short season on them though,,,good and tasty little bird,,,,a friggan hoot to harvest them on the wing

We hunt band tails here on the Island. They have a thing for acorns and depending on the year they ripen right around when the season runs.
