Ive never met the man but I have met a number of his staff and guides and Eva, all of whom are top notch people - friendly, respectful, and calmly self confident. The Professionals is by far my favorite hunting show. I would LOVE to do a father daughter hunt with JS, Eva, and my daughter Kira some day.

Very excited that on Sat dinner with Kira and son-in-law Dan they not only told us that they are moving home to Victoria this summer but that they are going to do CORE and get their PALs! I think they REALLY liked the moose steaks!

The Shockey video crew has taken their hunting shows to a level that is on par with many high end documentary productions. Jim has to be very proud of his son! I look forward to watching and enjoying Uncharted.

great camera work he does have real professionals, but I wish we didnt have to here all of the Jim Shockey drivel, his shows would be much better if he didn't talk, but all and all his north American hunts are watchable, oh and I would switch places with him any day

I like shockeys shows. This one should be good to. It's to bad they don't do more unguided public land hunts I find those much more interesting.

Curious if you are a hater. I'm ok with that, but please explain why and offer up a show you do like to watch.

I cetainly dont hate the man or his family or his show. I envy him.That being said I rarely watch his show, or any show on Wild TV, because of the commercials. Watching commercials is the price we pay, but after you get thru the commercials,,the veiled commercials within the show, and now the annoying pop-boxes during the show,,I feel the price to pay is too high. I understand the shows are expensive to produce, but I feel the price to pay is too high. Im not alone,several of my friends feel the same, and hopefully the networks will back off a bit,because there are some really good shows out there.Just my 2-cents.

I like shockeys show as well. I think Cody Robbins does a great job on Live to Hunt mainly because he brings new people into hunting and gets just as excited when they get an animal as when he does. Plus his girlfriend is smokin hot, imagine hunting with her in a blind on a slow day ;) :D

Hey Whiterock, Iv'e got one word for ya....PVR!!! Record all your favourites on the PVR and fast forward through ALL the advertising!!!! Tape all the best episodes and watch em at your leisure with the FF button at the ready. You'll be done a 1 hour episode in 20 min . and will have enough time to reload some .06 shells or fletch an arrow or two, or plan your next hunt :) Also don't forget those advertisers make these shows possible so try and struggle through them! You have to admit they beat a Freebreeze commercial hands down!
