I have the non HD ones and they are great. I imagine the HD would be even better. They are heavy, that's my only complaint.

I have had a set for 8 years now, still my number one Bino's. I have the 8x42 GRHD and my only complaint is the weight, although the weight works well for me as I have a tremor and helps me hold steady. To me and my eyes, they are just as good and the big 3 and I have had a chance to compare them many times while guiding and most clients said they could not see any difference between their Swarvo's, Zeiss and Leica.

Good bino's in my opinion.

Cheers

As stated above they are heavy and the most recent generation is now 3-4 years old. Assuming you are looking used these might be a great buy depending on the price. If you have found a brand new set still at a dealer I would suggest looking at other simarly priced models such as the Vortex Razor(This is what I have been using for 3 seasons) or Ziess Conquest HD. Similar money and superior optics with a lighter package.
